Fort Ann, N.Y.  -  Christine Ann (Murray) Wells, 64, passed away at her home surrounded by her family on Saturday, August 23, 2025.  She fought a long battle after being diagnosed with Huntington's Disease in 2014.

Chris was born on October 24, 1960, in Glens Falls Hospital to her parents, Andrew L. Murray and Lois A. (Wilson) Murray.

She attended Fort Ann School. She met and later married Michael A. Wells, Sr. on October 31, 1980. They have two children.

Chris was employed at the Glens Falls Hospital Radiology Department before transforming herself to become a stay-at-home parent.  She participated in many school and scouting events with her children.

Chris also loved taking many home videos, collecting Elvis memorabilia, attending Daniel O'Donnell concerts with her sister Beth, watching NASCAR, hair appointments with her stylist (Reggie), and dinners at the Olive Garden.

She is predeceased by her parents and one brother.

Chris is survived by her husband, Mike, her children, Joan (Blair) Holden and Michael A. (Meaghan) Wells, Jr., and grandchildren, Gabe, Mason, Cooper, Jasper, Makayla, Seth, Seth Jr., Waylon and Dean.  She is also survived by her brothers, Pat, Dennis and Joel (Betty) Murray and her sister, Beth Dilley.

At Chris's request, there will be no calling hours or services.  In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in her memory to the H.D.S.A (Huntington's Disease Society of America.
