Whitehall -  Susan Mary Costantino , 65, of Whitehall, passed on Monday, September 15, 2014 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Mass. following a brief illness.

Susan was born on August 12, 1949 in Glens Falls to James and Eleanor (Hughes) Costantino.

She graduated from Whitehall Central School and attended S.U.N.Y. at Plattsburgh to gain her teaching degree. She taught at Whitehall Elementary School for 30 years.

Susan traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe.  She lived life on her own terms and treasured her privacy.

She recently became ill and left this world to join her loved ones.

Susan will be greatly missed by her friends who were her extended family: Joe, Kaye and Jane Egan, Lynne Cadarette and Stephen and JoAnn Goldblatt.  She is also survived by her Aunts: Mary, Bess and Birna Costantino and many cousins.

A graveside service will be held in the family plot at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery in Whitehall on Friday, September 19 ^th , 2014 at 11:00 am with Reverend Rendell Torres, pastor of Our Lady of Hope Roman Catholic Church of Whitehall officiating.
